Once pre-orders open:
- Select your preferred size using our Size Guide.
- Choose your preferred fit and color (where applicable).
- Add the item to your bag and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and select a payment method.
- Complete your payment. Production begins once payment is confirmed.
Since every piece is made to order, modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp if you need to make changes. After 24 hours, production may have already begun.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page by entering your email or order number.
We do not mass produce our collections. Every item is made to order based on your selected size, preferred fit, and preferred color. This ensures exceptional quality, reduces waste, and creates each piece specifically for you.
Yes. We offer nationwide delivery across Kenya. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery is available at an additional cost.
Yes. International shipping is available via DHL. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be calculated during checkout. Complimentary DHL shipping is available on orders over KES 15,000.
Every item is made to order. Production begins once payment has been confirmed and takes 3–4 business days. Once the order is ready, it will be dispatched and you'll receive a notification with your delivery details.
Within Kenya: KES 350 standard delivery. Free for orders over KES 5,000.
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Complimentary DHL worldwide over KES 15,000.
Because every piece is custom-made to your selected size and preferences, exchanges or returns are only accepted if the wrong item was sent, or the item arrived damaged. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there's an issue.
We take quality control very seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Since every piece is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept size exchanges. We strongly recommend using our Size Guide and measuring carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Our unisex sizing ranges from XS to XXL. We also offer Men's and Women's specific sizing. Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements and international conversion charts.
We recommend using a measuring tape or visiting your tailor before ordering. Compare your measurements with our Size Guide to select the correct size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Our pieces are designed with a contemporary trim silhouette. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Our heavyweight cotton may shrink 2–3% on the first wash — we recommend washing cold and air drying to maintain fit.
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Yes. M-Pesa is our primary payment method for Kenyan customers. After placing your order, you'll receive an M-Pesa prompt on your phone to complete payment. Simply enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm.
Absolutely. Our checkout uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card details are processed through secure payment gateways and are never stored on our systems. We take your privacy and security seriously.
